Many diseases of the body are cured by massaging. Massaging regularly helps to feel freshness and keep the body and skin healthy.

 


In winter, strong and cool winds make the skin dry. We use a variety of branded body lotions to make the skin glowing and supple. These provide instant benefits, but are indirectly harmful to the skin. Instead, we should adopt native and Ayurveda treatments. They not only eliminate the dryness of the skin permanently, but also make the skin soft and healthy. Additionally, there are many physical problems in the winter such as joint and muscle aches and cramps. These types of problems get immediate relief by Allopathy drugs, but this is not a permanent treatment. Taking Allopathy drugs has more side effects. Although body massage can be done in every season, joint pain and muscle and muscle troubles can be avoided to a great extent in the winter season. Masses should be given to people of every class in winter. Children, old men, women, men and youth should all massage regularly. Massage reduces physical fatigue and makes the skin feel supple and refreshed.

We should give special importance to exercise, massage and Yogasanas in life. Labor-less life is sick. Therefore, it is necessary to do adequate labor, proper and profitable food for a good life.



Relation of massage for physical pain:

  • Massage works like magic for the relief of physical pain, but this benefit is possible only when proper oil and massage are done properly. In general, massage can be done with mustard or sesame oil.

  • Massage is an art. If massage and immediate pain is reduced but it is necessary to massage several times for permanent rest. Because when the effect of the massage ceases, the pain will resume. In such a situation, massage will be needed again. Just as after half an hour or twenty-five-five minutes in the state of the disease, doctors give medicines to the patient, in the same way, by improving the massage and food, the disease will gradually reduce, in the same way a healthy person should massage once a day .




  • Massage is associated with almost all the rites of Sanatana Dharma. In India, it is customary for a mother to massage a woman for only 40-50 days after delivery. But this trend has diminished in the glare of modernity over time. But still in the eastern regions of India, the mother is given a special type of massage after the delivery of the baby.

  • In young children, massage is required up to six years. This makes babies beautiful, healthy and does not grow unnecessary hair in the organs. Body massage is very important in winter because it increases blood circulation in the body and also improves immunity system.

  • For oil massage you should take 25 grams of oil. Take a mattress or thick blanket to keep the floor clean, dust free, and laying on the floor. Lay the bed in a place where there is no breeze. In winter, close the room and then massage. After the massage, rub the body thoroughly with a dry or wet towel, wipe the oil or take a bath with lukewarm water.


Precautions to be taken while massaging:

According to Ayurveda, Panchakarma treatment should not be done after oil massage and exercise in the event of vomiting, high fever, severe illness or expulsion.

Massage can be done anytime during the night or day. Massage can be done after three hours of the meal.

Rub the body with a wet towel and clean it before oil massage. After this, dip the fingers in oil and apply oil to the soles of nose, ears, navel, head and feet. Then apply well on all joints like neck, shoulders, elbows, waist, knees, ankles etc.



Oil massage method:

  • Applying oil also rubs and dries the nerves and muscles. During massage, body parts are patted, mashed, and palms pushed. Slightly beat with a punch. They make a hand bowl and tap and rotate the joints. Due to which vibrations in the veins arise.

  • Massage of oil should be done in sequence. Initially, start the massage with the toes, then massage from the toes to the soles of the feet. After this, massage the nerves and muscles from the feet to the thigh and waist. After this, massage the abdomen and chest. And finally before massaging the back, rub the body with a wet towel and then clean it.

  • For oil massage, neither hot nor cold means an environment where there is no sweat. Massage is one of the best body supplements.



  • In Ayurveda, oil massage has special significance in the nose of the head, ears, navel, anus, palms of hands and soles of feet. These organs are important because these places have places of consciousness that keep the body healthy. Sanatan Religious people were familiar with the secret of conscious sites of head, nose, ears, cheeks, hands and feet. For this reason, parents, gurus, elders of the house used to bless their hands by placing their heads in the place of consciousness. Due to the importance of places of consciousness, people used to get their ears, nose and nose pierced.

  • Currently, points and sites have been discovered in various parts of the body, especially around the palms of the hands, the soles of the feet, and the head, face, and ears, on which the hemorrhagic glands of the body are activated by massage or by applying pressure. And work properly and it provides health and health.


Foot massage

Massage of oil should be started with the feet. Massage the feet first, then the feet.

Foot Massage

First apply oil on the feet and rub it a little, pressurize the muscles keeping your entire hand in line with the shape of the foot and then rub them. Do this four-five. Hand massage

Arms massage

Apply oil on the arms and rub with hands. Shake hands with a rhythm. Massage the fingers of the other arm with the shape of a bangle while rotating the entire hand. Massage the elbow in the rounding, rotate the knots, rotate the joints.

Abdominal massage

Massage the abdomen keeping the stomach loose. While massaging the abdomen, the stomach should be completely empty. Great care must be taken in abdominal massage.



Chest massage

There are lungs and heart in the chest. First apply oil and massage the chest. Slightly punch and vibrate.



Massage the back of head and neck

Scalp massage should be relaxed, not loud. Take special care of this that apply oil in the head in such a way that the oil goes to the roots of the hair. Should sit and massage the head. Massage can also be done if the person is weak. Try to massage the head with the help of the person. Add oil to the palate or the middle of the head, then rub the head with fingers. After this, apply friction on the entire head with the palms and play with light hand in the hair.



Back massage

First apply oil on the back and then start the massage. The upper back should be massaged from the bottom to the heart.

Different types of oils and their benefits

According to Ayurveda, sesame oil is considered good for massage in winter. It is light and easily absorbed into the skin. It is rich in nutrients and has healing properties. Sesame oil has the natural sunscreen properties of SPF6 so massaging sesame oil in winter is more beneficial.

Olive oil

Olive oil contains a variety of vitamins and minerals, which act as a natural moisturizer in winter. In the event that the skin is very dry or to relieve itching, add a few drops of lemon juice to olive oil. It acts as an antioxidant that helps prevent free radicals.

Badam oil

Almond oil is easily absorbed into the skin. It is very light and moisturizes the skin.



Coconut / Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is also mild. It does not have viscosity. Coconut oil is very good for the skin. It has the ability to protect from fungal infections and bacterial real infections. Coconut oil also contains iron and massage improves blood circulation in the body.

This natural moisturizing oil is rich in omega-6 fatty acids. Which keeps the heart and skin healthy. It enhances skin tone. Massage of linseed oil in winter helps to keep the skin moist. You can also use it as a moisturizer lotion.

Mustard oil

Mustard oil is extensively used in India. The oil has moisturizing properties making the skin soft and glowing. Mustard oil is considered one of the best oils for massage during winter.


Arabic oil can also be used in all types of massage if possible. Many types of beneficial herbs are used in Arabian oil, which have magic effects.
