Why do toes swell in winter?

Effective ways to reduce swelling of the fingers.
Compress with Sendha (Rock) salt and hot water
Take half a bucket of hot water. Add rock salt to it. Rock salt contains magnesium. Rock salt is not only useful for fasting but also has many health benefits. Rock salt contains magnesium sulfate. Magnesium is necessary to keep our body cells healthy. After adding salt, keep feet and hands in warm water for 10-15 minutes. The hotness of water and rock salt will relieve finger pain and you will get instant relief from swelling.
Massage with coconut or olive oil
Lightly heat coconut or olive oil and massage hands and feet every night before going to bed. If you have swelling in the fingers by doing this, you will get relief, if there is no swelling then there will be no swelling. Massage with hot oil daily will make the blood flow of the veins of hands and feet go smoothly.
Traditional way
To avoid swelling of hands and toes in winter, add one quarter piece of candle to two teaspoons of hot mustard oil. When the candlestick melts, mix it well. When slightly cooled, it will take the form of cream. Apply this paste on the hands and toes. Do this 2-3 times a week.
Turmeric oil massage
Heat the olive or mustard oil, when it cools down add turmeric powder. Massage hands and toes with this lukewarm oil. Turmeric is antiseptic, its use will provide immediate relief from swelling, burning and pain.
Onion juice
Onions have antibiotic and antiseptic properties. Remove the onion juice. Heat it lightly and leave it on hands and feet with light hands. Will get rest.
