Today the whole world is fighting a virus called Covid-19. It is a biological virus that has caused havoc all over the world. It is a biological invasion. This attack is not of weapons but of bacteria. Due to which the death toll in the whole world has reached millions. Knowingly or unknowingly, India also fell into this. Religious bitterness in India is also the main reason for the spread of Covid-19. People forget in religious hysteria that the consequences of biological infection can be so terrible that the very existence of mankind can be endangered.
There are two types of diseases - infectious diseases and non-infectious diseases.
Infectious diseases are spread by bacteria, parasites. Infectious diseases are smallpox, cholera, TB, viral fever etc.
Non-infectious diseases do not spread. It arises due to poor lifestyle of people, lack of nutritious food, smoking, alcohol consumption etc. such as heart attack, diabetes, kidney or liver etc.
Furthermore, there is a danger at this time that is hovering over the existence of mankind.
That danger is - biological infection.
In earlier times, wars were fought with weapons, but today the situation is completely different. Now wars can also be fought biologically. People are more likely to die in this type of war because infected bacteria live in air, water and food, which spreads rapidly in people, people are not aware of the symptoms of infection and treatment. The possibilities are also very low. Death occurs in large numbers.
Today the whole world is fighting a virus called Covid-19.
What is this Covid-19 virus?
It is a biological virus that has caused havoc all over the world. It is a biological invasion. This attack is not of weapons but of bacteria. Due to which the death toll in the whole world has reached millions. Knowingly or unknowingly, India also fell into this.
What is biological invasion?
Infected germs are spread in a country due to an accident or attack. Germs can be in the air, in water or in food, killing a large number of people. Germs spread rapidly from person to person.
Identifying early infection is not easy. Until the causes of the outbreak are identified, there are few options to avoid side effects. Therefore, at such times, the guide line decided by the government should be followed.
In such a situation it is possible - the infected person does not even know that he is infected. Its symptoms depend on the type of infection. The positive aspect for India under these critical conditions is that we are already aware of the infected symptoms of Covid-19. The second aspect is that we have positive effects of malaria medicines. Nevertheless, it is spreading rapidly in India.
The reasons for this are many.
The situation in India is different from the rest of the world. The population is more here. The culture here is different. There are many festivals that people gather to celebrate. Which is helpful in spreading infection.
Most of the people of India are illiterate as well as careless, who do not know the magnitude of such infection, this attitude of people helps in spreading the infection.
Religious fundamentalism is also the main reason for the spread of Covid-19 in India. People forget in religious hysteria that the consequences of biological infection can be so terrible that the very existence of mankind can be endangered. But people feel that this will not happen to us and we make mistakes. Apart from this, there are many other reasons - such as not keeping cleanliness, carelessness in food, social circle of people, decrease in immunity and our wrong habits etc.
For the first time, we will discuss how to avoid or prevent the immediate effects of such a biological accident or attack.
If you feel that you are under its influence, contact your doctor immediately.
Bacteria, germs or viruses and parasites cause infections. Therefore, take measures to prevent the spread of infection.
Wash your hands frequently with soap. Wash your hands, wrists, nails etc.
Wash hands thoroughly after coughing, sneezing, or clearing your nose. Avoid contact with people.
Avoid touching the eyes.
Cover your mouth and nose with a mask or handkerchief.
Wear clean clothes, tie the infected clothes tightly in a plastic bag so that no other person is at risk of infection.
Stop meeting people at all.
Collaborate with doctors and administration.
What should we do for ourselves and society or country so that we can be completely safe from future biological accidents or attacks.
Indian culture is very ancient. This type of transition is also discussed in our Vedas, Puranas or texts. Rishis and Sages had such powers through yoga and rugs that they were able to keep themselves healthy and healthy even in just a garment or naked state on the snowy hills of the Himalayas.
Through rugs and yoga, our body's immunity increases due to which a person does not get sick, even if affected, he recovers after treatment. Which reduces the chances of spreading the biological infection.

Asanas are mainly considered twenty-eight. Ramayana, during the Mahabharata period, a person was hundreds of years old. All this is possible through yoga and asanas.
Bajrang Bali Hanuman is considered as Ashta Siddha and the giver of nine funds. He can increase his body as much as he wants. In the sky, the wind can move from one place to another at a faster speed.
Today it definitely falls into the category of miracles, but it was possible at that time. Through yoga and asanas, the body had so much potential that impossible tasks were possible. Today we can hardly achieve all this through yoga and asanas, but by increasing the disease immune power of our body, we can definitely protect it from any type of biological or other infection.
Today it is very important that times are changing and life is full of complications. Therefore it becomes necessary that we prepare our future generations to face these kinds of problems. Western countries today are waiting for our traditions and achievements, which they once used to make fun of, they have accepted it today.
Now we will discuss Yoga.
What is yoga?
The science of spirituality is called yoga.
Spirituality means developing one's life. Developing the ultimate life is called spirituality. Now the question arises, is life only to survive?
What is life?
Life is the speed between birth and death. But the definition of ultimate life is different from life. To enter into the divine, or to say that the ultimate motion in the divine means ultimate rest. In fact, ultimate life is spiritual life. Which can only be achieved through spiritual practice. We are one body, there is mind inside body, there is soul inside mind. How to cover the distance from body to soul. The process to cover this distance is yoga. There are many ways of yoga. We can reach them by traveling in different cycles. There are total seven chakras mentioned in yoga-
Muladhara Chakra
Health cycle
Manichakra
Anahata Chakra
Purification cycle
Command cycle
Sahasrara Chakra.
While traveling through these cycles, we reach the soul. This is yoga. The travel method of different cycles varies.
There are seven chakras, which give the rules of different planes.
The base of the Muladhara Chakra is present below, which is at the lower part of the spinal cord, where the spinal cord ends. He is the controller of the body. It represents the development process of the body. If the Muladhara Chakra is weak then the body remains weak. There may be tonsil disease. The growth of the body stops. If the Muladhara Chakra is awakened or cured, many diseases related to it are cured on their own.
The second cycle is Swadhisthan. It is related to Anand.
The third chakra is related to breathing and protection.
The fourth chakra is the Anahata Chakra which is related to love.
The fifth cycle is of thoughts, of friendship.
The sixth chakra is related to meditation and the seventh chakra is related to samadhi.
If none of the chakras in the body is awake or unable to perform its function, then many diseases related to chakras arise in the body. These chakras can be awakened only by yoga. That is why it has been said that through yoga, meditation, pranayama, asana, all the organs of our body become awake, they do their work properly. Because of which our body remains healthy. When the body is healthy, the mind and brain will all be healthy. Our science of spirituality is very ancient, in which the secrets of prevention of many diseases are hidden.
We should adopt a policy of simple living, high thinking. Alas, after forgetting the life of indulgence etc., we can come back to satvik life again. Our culture and our traditions enable us to face these complex situations.
Today mankind needs churn. Covid-19 is doing a lot of damage. The economy is moving towards recession. People's employment has stopped. A large number of people are dying. But there is another aspect of this, which we cannot ignore even if we want to.
This biological infection has imprisoned the entire world. All activities of mankind have ended. Nature seems to have started its own treatment. There has been a huge reduction in all types of pollution. The air is purified than before. Noise pollution has come down. The rivers themselves are turning into a pure stream. In addition, there is a lot that cannot be ignored. It is said that when you wake up, then morning 'Wake up then dawn'. Now man should wake up. We have spent so much time battling this biological infection, so some things have become clear on their own.
Ashtavakra says- "O father, not a disease of great will." The biggest problem is desire. O father, not a disease like desire, no samadhi like fate. When we start taking juice, that is, we start taking interest from here, the desire starts.
We saw someone's car go, woke up our desires, then wished more problems started. Wished, then we start trying to fulfill the desires, which leads to mental stress, thus starting problems with desires. There is no end to desires or desires.
In the Gita, Lord Krishna says-
‘ध्यायते विषयान् पुंस: संगस्ते सूप जायते। संगात् संजायते काम: कामात् क्रोधोभिजायते।।’
‘Dhyāyatē viṣayān punsa: Saṅgastē sūpa jāyatē. Saṅgāt san̄jāyatē kāma: Kāmāt krōdhōbhijāyatē.
This is to say that the person who thinks about the subjects gets attached to those subjects. Attachment creates desire, that is, desires. Desire creates anger. When there is anger, there is hypnosis. Hypnosis corrupts memory. Wisdom is destroyed when memory becomes corrupt. Man is destroyed when the intellect is destroyed.
