The seeds of cults are sown in childhood. We are forgetting the civilization and culture of our country, imitating the western countries. Our moral values are licking the dust somewhere. A few decades ago, Indian education also included moral education, which included stories about moral education, which taught children moral responsibilities. But such education is not given in the blind race of modernity. This may also be one of the reasons that the number of old age homes in India is continuously increasing. Due to changing thinking and attitudes, the relationship is getting warmer. Now personal relationships have become a mere formality. Who is responsible for these situations? Now either we should accept the circumstances like this or we should return to our culture.
Children are children. The seeds of the rites are sown in them only in childhood. We are forgetting the civilization and culture of our country by imitating western countries. Our moral values are licking the dust. Our existence is lost somewhere in the circle of feeding with thorns and knives. Parents come to home parties and watch the changing times. The sari-suit has now been replaced by jeans-trousers. English is spoken in place of Hindi-Sanskrit. The worship of the house is now beginning to be marvelous. Tees and festivals have now been replaced by clubs, discos, etc. A few decades ago, the Indian curriculum also included moral education, which included stories related to moral education, which pushed children towards moral responsibilities. But such education is not given in the blind race of modernity. This may also be one of the reasons that the number of old age homes in India is continuously increasing. Due to changing thinking and attitudes, the relationship is getting warmer. Now personal relationships have become a mere formality. Who is responsible for these situations? Now either we should accept such situations or we should return to our culture.
Who is responsible for all these situations? It is the fault of all of us. Parents have raised children in the race for modernity. Instead of teaching in normal schools, big and convent schools were given importance. Western education is emphasized in that. There, it is taught who Jesus was, what he sacrificed, what persecution he did, what religion he founded, why Christianity is great, what the Bible is, but Indian culture is neither told And neither is taught. Then we expect children to know their culture and show interest in it. That too when they grow up and are completely molded in other environments.
In Indian culture, the rules of society and family have been made with great foresight. Keeping these things in mind in our Sanatan Dharma, the Ashram system has been done according to the four stages of life. The Sanatan Dharma mainly mentions four ashrams. Which are very important. The ashram system is divided into four parts of life or age. Brahmacharya, Grihastha, Vanaprastha and Sannyas.
• First Student Life
• Second married or household life
• Third educational or life of the teacher
• Life of a fourth monk.
According to Sanatan Dharma, the four stages of life should be adopted according to time and age.
Brahmacharya: Ashram Most people say 'Brahmacharya' simply refers to Kamandri as Sadhana but this is not the case at all. If there was no 'brahmachari' with just one sense of meditation. Simply put, 'Brahmacharya' means, which behaves like Brahm. The one who treats everyone equally with equal sentiment is called 'Brahmacharya'. Every child in life is a 'brahmachari'. As long as he sees everyone in a loving and natural way. He never discriminates against elders like his parents. He is Brahmachari.
Grihastha Ashram: When a child gathers all kinds of desired knowledge and thinks independently to build his family, this new responsibility of his system is called ‘Grihastha Ashram’.
गृहम स्थः इति गृहस्थं
grham sthah iti grhasthan
That is, a person who lives in a house is called a householder. A householder can not only ask to stay in the house, but to take up the responsibilities of the household and follow them properly is called Grihastha Jeevan or Grihastha Ashram.
Vanaprastha Ashram: When fulfilling all the responsibilities of the house, when the children also settle at home on time, then the person is neglected to go one step further…. This is the Vanaprastha Ashram. At this stage of life, if a person has fulfilled the responsibilities of his family well and if he wants to rise above the family and do something for the whole society, then for this he should leave his home and any other Service should go to the place, where if it is publicly available to the society, then it is called Vanaprasthi. In the Adi period, people used to go to most of the jungles, where ashrams etc. served the society / nature, so some people take the meaning from Vanaprastha with forest movement, which is not correct. In the modern era, society cannot be served in the forest.
Sanyaas (Retirement): If a person, instead of living a simple life, makes Parambrahm i.e. attainment of salvation as his only aim. This is the practice, but it will not be appropriate in modern times.
Life today does not appear to be this system. In the mythological period, all the children spent their childhood in Gurukul under Brahmacharya Ashram. In the ashram, be it Raja or Ranka, everyone had the same children. In the ashram, children were given self-reliance and weapons education along with moral education. All the children worked equally in the Gurukul. Children were looked after in Gurukul. Children learned to be self-sufficient and hardworking. Gurukul's life was difficult. Cremated in childhood serve as the foundation for the whole life. But today the circumstances are different. Schools and arrangements are different for children of all classes. Poor children study in government schools, upper-class children are no less than a five-star hotel. The child has a servant for every task. Can not scold children. Children are given discrimination, higher education right from childhood. The definition of teacher and student has been changed. There is no glimpse of Indian culture in these schools. Parents also proudly tell the society that our child is studying in such a big school, how much is his fee. Very few parents know about what is being taught there, and whether education and education are being imparted.
When the child returns home from the hostel after completing his studies, he is completely absorbed in the hostel and outdoor environment. He feels orthodox, following Indian customs. His mental inclination, thinking, interest, everything is westernized. Many such examples will be found around us. Changing over time is not wrong, but we must decide what is right. This is why every step of life remains a challenge today. In which old age is not less than a challenge. We should prepare for the challenges of old age from today. We cannot change the thinking and attitude of children, but we must try to change ourselves according to the demands and circumstances of the time. It would be cowardice to give up.
When the eyes are open, then only understand the dawn. The elders of the household should accept this challenge of life on the strength of their confidence. Instead of making a list of complaints and problems, try to change the circumstances. We should also change with the coming time and while planning the future of children, we should also prepare our future. From childhood, plant the Indian and Vedic culture, which serves as a kind of armor for children.
In old age, you should do the tasks which were left behind in the runaway life, revive them and get ready to complete it. Then see how in this innings of life you can become a inspiration to others by batting in a daze. There is no shortage of time in old age. There are many kinds of things in the mind from sitting free time. Keep yourself busy Now I am young ', this saying proves absolutely worthwhile on these figures. The great people we are going to mention here have defeated them in their old age with their courage and courage. These people may have crossed the age of 70, but their courage and passion for life is beyond the age of 17 years. Here we will mention some magnificent bourgeois, knowing about which you will not be able to live without pressing your finger under the teeth.
